MAD SUPPS NUTRITION is committed to delivering high-quality sports nutrition products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumer safety requirements, all returns and product swaps are subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Authorization Required (Important)
All returns and product swaps must be authorized in advance!

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be initiated, and items returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
- All original packaging, seals, shrink wrap, labels, and safety features must be fully intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and swaps.
Any product that does not meet re-sellable condition requirements will not be accepted.
Re-Sellable Condition Defined
To qualify for a return or product swap, items must:
- Be factory sealed and unopened
- Show no signs of use, tampering, or alteration
- Be returned in original retail packaging suitable for resale
Products that fail inspection will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Option 1: Standard Return (Refund)
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Option 2: Product Swap (No Restocking Fee)
Customers may elect to exchange their returned product for another product of equal or lesser value instead of receiving a refund.
Conditions:
- Returned items must meet all re-sellable condition requirements.
- The 20% restocking fee is waived.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping costs to return the original item, and
- Shipping costs for the replacement item.
If the replacement product is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. Products of greater value are not eligible for swaps.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products not in re-sellable condition
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Digital or downloadable products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact MAD SUPPS NUTRITION within 7 days of delivery by phone or email. We will resolve the issue promptly at our expense.
